We don't expect you to have all the answers. Here are some of our most frequently asked questions.
What is your return policy?
We have a 30 day return/exchange window from the date of delivery. This is voided once the tags are removed from your item. If you want to start a return, there are instructions on how to do so in your delivery confirmation email. Refunds will typically be processed within 1-3 business days after we receive your item, and can only be applied to the original method of payment.
What is your shipping policy?
Shipping is estimated at 3-5 business days for orders to the continental United States, and 7-9 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders. Once we experience a large influx of orders, shipping windows may be extended.
Can I modify/cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once you have placed an order, there is unfortunately no way to modify or cancel. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we suggest you take advantage of our return policy mentioned above.
Were are your products made?
We source our materials from around the world, but assemble our bags in Ann Arbor Michigan.
